The Honey Tree website is intended to provide general information about Honey Tree’s horses, facilities, services, educational materials, sport-horse and hunt-related content, and related business operations. The website is not intended to serve as a substitute for a signed boarding agreement, release, lesson intake form, sales contract, lease agreement, breeding contract, event release, or any other separate Honey Tree document that may be required for participation or services.

Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer, a guarantee of availability, or a commitment by Honey Tree to accept a rider, horse, boarder, sale inquiry, breeding inquiry, or event participant. Rates, horse availability, lesson openings, show plans, breeding terms, board capacity, and service details may change without notice unless Honey Tree confirms them separately in writing.
3. Private property; no permission to enter
Honey Tree Stables is private property, a working horse farm, and a private residence. Nothing on this website gives any person permission to enter the property, attend the farm, school a horse, hack, trail ride, bring guests, bring vendors, use the land or waters, or otherwise access Honey Tree facilities. Visits are by appointment or other express approval only.
4. Equine risk and separate activity paperwork
Horse and farm activities involve inherent risk. Depending on the activity, Honey Tree may require signed waivers, releases, barn rules, emergency forms, health documentation, helmets, supervision, insurance certificates, or other intake materials before a lesson, training session, farm visit, competition activity, or other service begins. The website does not replace those documents.
5. Accuracy and updates
Honey Tree aims to keep website content accurate and current, but Honey Tree does not guarantee that every page is complete, current, error-free, or continuously available. Honey Tree may update, remove, revise, or suspend any part of the website at any time without notice.
